RoCA is committed to protecting your privacy. We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is today’s industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it can never be read over the internet.
Refund Policy
The refund policies for RoCA’s Art School, Day Camp and Memberships (taken as a requirement of registration), are stated on their respective web pages on RoCA’s website. Refunds are made according to these stated policies and will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 14 days of the request for a refund. Donations are non-refundable. General memberships purchased independently of a class or camp registration are considered donations. Tickets for performances or special events are non-refundable.
